We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of most of the city's attractions. The breakfast at the hotel's Mado restaurant was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at a hotel located in a prime location. The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Redwan, were attentive and friendly. The room wassuper clean and cozy. One specific situation that stood out was when we were upgraded to a quiet suite, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had exclusive advantages that I enjoyed, such as a private facilities area. I also appreciated the restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I could enjoy breakfast and special diet menus. the location advantages were a great plus, as it was in walking distance of many major sights. the BBQ facilities were a unique feature that added to the luxuriousness of the hotel.
Although the staff was friendly, there was a slight delay with packed lunches that I had requested.

This venue exceeded my expectations. the staff was outstanding and always went above and beyond, making my stay here unforgettable. the room was spacious and had luxurious amenities that fulfilled my needs. the location was perfect, close to various forms of transportation and excellent restaurants. the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and had a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.
Although everything was great, I did have one minor issue. the noise level from outside at night was a bit distracting, but it was not a major problem.
